Terms of Use
Last Updated: July 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of usa.intra.ca, including its pages, forms, calculators, reports, content, and related website features.
The website is operated by Intragrad under the Intra USA brand. In these Terms, “Intra,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Intragrad and Intra USA.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
2. About Intra USA
Intra USA is the U.S. staffing brand of Intragrad, an Ontario-based staffing, recruitment, and Employer of Record provider.
We help U.S. businesses recruit and employ Canada-based professionals while supporting payroll, human resources, employment administration, and Canadian compliance.
Information on this website is provided to help businesses learn about Intra, assess potential hiring opportunities, and contact our team.
3. Website Use Does Not Create a Client Relationship
Using this website, submitting a form, requesting a Canada Advantage Report, communicating with our team, or receiving information from Intra does not:
- Create a client, employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or other formal relationship
- Require Intra to provide services
- Require you or your organization to purchase services
- Create a binding offer or service agreement
- Guarantee that a candidate will be identified, presented, hired, or retained
- Guarantee that a particular role can legally or operationally be performed from Canada
A formal staffing or Employer of Record relationship begins only after the relevant parties enter into a separate written agreement.
If a signed client agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed client agreement will govern the services covered by that agreement.
4. Informational Purposes Only
The content on this website is provided for general informational and business-planning purposes.
Nothing on the website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, immigration, financial, employment, regulatory, cybersecurity, healthcare, licensing, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals regarding your organization’s specific circumstances.
5. Canada Advantage Reports
The Canada Advantage Report is a complimentary preliminary assessment designed to help businesses evaluate whether a particular role may be suitable for remote Canadian staffing.
A report may include:
- A preliminary role-feasibility assessment
- Canadian talent-market information
- Estimated salary ranges
- Estimated employer costs
- Estimated costs through Intra
- Potential annual savings
- Licensing, regulatory, security, or operational considerations
- Other relevant hiring observations
Canada Advantage Reports are based on the information provided by the requester, available market information, reasonable assumptions, and conditions existing when the report is prepared.
They are not legal opinions, formal compliance assessments, binding quotations, employment guarantees, or promises of particular results.
Intra may revise an assessment if additional or corrected information becomes available.
6. Calculators, Cost Comparisons, and Estimates
Any calculator, cost comparison, salary range, savings estimate, or projection displayed or provided through the website is an estimate only.
Results may be affected by factors including:
- The role and level of seniority
- Location and labour-market conditions
- Required education, certifications, or licences
- Experience and technical requirements
- Employee compensation
- Bonuses and commissions
- Benefits and paid time off
- Payroll taxes and statutory costs
- Insurance and retirement contributions
- Currency exchange rates
- Working hours and schedules
- Client-specific requirements
- Changes in law, regulation, or market conditions
Calculator results and estimates are not quotations or guarantees. Final compensation, fees, costs, and terms will be established through a separate written agreement.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any estimate before relying on it for a business decision.
7. Savings Claims
References to potential savings, including statements that businesses may save approximately 20% to 40%, describe estimated outcomes based on certain roles and hiring scenarios.
Actual savings vary and are not guaranteed.
Savings depend on factors such as the role, compensation, employer costs, location, benefits, working hours, currency exchange, market conditions, and the assumptions used in the comparison.
A Canada Advantage Report may provide a more specific estimate based on information supplied by your organization.
8. Pricing Information
Website references to Intra’s pricing, including a management fee of $4 USD per hour worked, are provided for general informational purposes.
Pricing may be subject to:
- The specific services requested
- The role and employment arrangement
- Working hours and scheduling
- Insurance or compliance requirements
- Currency, tax, or payroll considerations
- Additional terms agreed to in writing
No fees are charged solely for submitting a website form or requesting a Canada Advantage Report.
Final pricing and payment terms will be contained in the applicable client agreement.
9. Hiring and Candidate Availability
Intra does not guarantee:
- The availability of candidates for a particular role
- A specific number of candidates
- A particular recruitment timeline
- That a candidate will accept an offer
- That a candidate will meet every requested qualification
- That a placement will remain employed for a specific period
- That a role is suitable for remote Canadian staffing
- A particular business, financial, or operational outcome
Recruitment results depend on market conditions, compensation, role requirements, candidate interest, hiring timelines, and other factors outside Intra’s control.
10. Replacement Guarantee
Any replacement guarantee described on the website is subject to eligibility requirements, limitations, exclusions, timelines, client responsibilities, and other terms contained in the applicable signed client agreement.
Website references to a replacement guarantee do not create an independent or unconditional guarantee.
The signed client agreement will determine whether a replacement guarantee applies to a particular engagement.
11. Role Feasibility, Licensing, and Compliance
Some roles may not be suitable for remote Canadian staffing because of:
- Professional licensing rules
- State, provincial, or federal regulations
- Immigration or work-location requirements
- Patient, client, or customer location
- Privacy or data-security obligations
- Export controls
- Government-contract requirements
- Payer or insurer restrictions
- Data-residency requirements
- Security-clearance requirements
- On-site duties
- Access to controlled systems or information
- Contractual restrictions imposed by third parties
Intra may provide preliminary observations about these issues, but the client remains responsible for obtaining appropriate legal, regulatory, tax, security, and professional advice.
